This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions, service charges, and payments made by users ("you" / "User") for using the QuickStay Smart platform, developed and operated by QUICKSTAY PRIVATE LIMITED ("we" / "us" / "our").

By subscribing to or using QuickStay Smart services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. No Refund on Pro-Rata or Partial Usage

QuickStay Smart is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform offering property management tools to property owners and operators. All subscription payments are billed monthly, quarterly, or annually (as selected), and no refunds will be issued for:

  • Partial usage during a subscription period.
  • Early termination of service before the end of a billing cycle.
  • Non-usage of the platform during the subscription term.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same subscription, the excess payment will be refunded.
  • Service Unavailability: In the event of complete and prolonged service unavailability (exceeding 7 consecutive days), attributable solely to QuickStay Smart, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund for the affected duration.
  • Technical Failure at Payment Gateway: If a payment fails but is debited from your account, the amount will be automatically refunded by the payment gateway as per their standard timeline.

Note: Refunds will not be entertained for user-side technical issues or for dissatisfaction arising from personal expectations not aligned with the platform’s described features.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the platform. Cancellation will prevent future billing but will not entitle you to a refund for the current or past billing cycles.

4. Refund Process and Timelines

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval and will be credited to the original mode of payment. If the refund is delayed beyond this period, please contact our support team.

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • One-time setup or onboarding fees.
  • Charges for value-added services (e.g., smart meter integration, hardware installations, KYC verification services, etc.).
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions.
  • Customized enterprise plans or integrations.
